We're seeking a casual Community Lettings Assistant to join our team at Lift Aylward.
About the role
As a Casual Community Lettings Assistant, you will help ensure our school facilities are used safely and effectively by community groups and other organisations outside of normal school hours. You will support the smooth running of lettings during evenings, weekends and school holidays, while providing a welcoming and professional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
As a Casual Community Lettings Assistant, you will:
- Facilitate lettings: Manage bookings and ensure the smooth running of lettings during evenings, weekends and school holidays.
- Provide excellent customer service: Deliver a friendly and professional service to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
- Work independently: Use your initiative and work confidently with minimal supervision.
- Help ensure facilities are left clean, secure and ready for the next use.
- Respond to any issues or queries that arise during lettings and escalate where appropriate.

Located in the heart of Edmonton, North London, Lift Aylward is a vibrant 11–18 learning community of over 1,000 students, including a thriving and ambitious sixth form.
