By 2028, we aim to hit 90% across four key literacy and numeracy milestones:
- 90% of Year 1 pupils scoring 90% or higher in their phonics screening
- 90% of key stage 2 pupils reaching the expected standard or higher in their SATs
- 90% of key stage 4 GCSE students achieving a grade 4 or above in both English and maths
- 90% of all students reading securely at their age-expected level
