About our school

Lift Rawlett — a community where students are at the heart of every decision we make. We are on an ambitious and exciting journey of transformation. Together with staff, students, and families, we are building a school where high expectations, strong relationships, and a deep commitment to learning drive everything we do.

This transformation is rooted in care and belief. We believe that with the right support, challenge, and environment, every student can achieve great things. That's why we're creating classrooms that are calm, focused, and full of purpose; a curriculum that is rigorous and relevant; and a culture where kindness, respect, and ambition are central to school life. Our students are incredible — curious, creative, and capable of so much. They deserve a school that inspires them, lifts their aspirations, and prepares them not just for exams, but for life. Whether it's through academic achievement, the arts, sport, leadership opportunities or personal development, we want every young person to leave Rawlett confident in who they are and ready to contribute positively to the world around them.

We are unapologetically striving for excellence. Every day we are taking deliberate steps to improve, and to build a school culture that celebrates learning, values effort, and champions the potential of every child.

Our commitment to equal opportunities

We are committed to building a diverse teaching workforce reflecting the communities we serve. We provide robust support systems to ensure every trainee teacher reaches their full potential regardless of background.
